Very fine quality 'Hartmut Knoll' pernambuco stick, gold mounted ebony frog
The Knoll company has spanned three generations of the Knoll family, producing a range of bows that is renowned for its consistent quality and craftsmanship in student to fine master bows. Knoll Bows were founded in Germany in 1932 by Alfred Knoll (1909 - 1980). His son Hartmut Knoll took over the firm in 1977 and now Alfred’s grandson Gerald Knoll runs the workshop.
