Log into your Ukeuniverse account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack with Care
Place the item back in its original packaging with all included accessories and padding to ensure the instrument is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement instrument within 3-5 business days.
